We are seeking a talented Packaging & Print Designer to join our creative team.
In this role, you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of packaging and print-related projects for international clients. You will ensure all deliverables meet brand standards, technical specifications, and production timelines. Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end packaging and print production projects, ensuring timely delivery, technical precision, and adherence to brand and regulatory requirements.
- Serve as the central point of communication between designers, mechanical artworkers, production specialists, account managers, and external print vendors.
- Translate client briefs into clear production workflows, outlining requirements, specifications, timelines, and responsibilities for each stakeholder.
- Review and validate artwork files, ensuring they meet printer specifications, including dielines, bleeds, safety areas, barcodes, color profiles, and finishing details.
- Track project milestones, manage schedules, and proactively identify risks, delays, or conflicts—escalating when necessary to ensure delivery standards are maintained.
- Facilitate daily or weekly syncs with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout all stages of production.
- Coordinate with international clients, providing updates, gathering feedback, and ensuring expectations are met with professionalism and clarity.
- Maintain accurate documentation including version histories, feedback logs, production notes, and delivery reports.
- Optimize internal workflows by identifying bottlenecks, proposing improvements, and contributing to the evolution of best practices in packaging and print project management.
- Stay up to date on packaging trends, print technologies, prepress requirements, and global brand guidelines to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience coordinating packaging, print production, mechanical artwork, or similar project management roles within creative, print, or manufacturing environments.
- Proven experience managing international stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and multi-market deliverables.
- Strong understanding of packaging structures, printing processes (offset, flexography, digital), color management, and prepress workflows.
- Ability to review technical artwork files and communicate actionable feedback to designers and artworkers.
- Advanced proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
- Excellent written and spoken English (C1 or above), with the ability to communicate clearly, lead client discussions, and coordinate teams across regions.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of handling high-volume, fast-paced projects with strict deadlines.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and leadership.
- Comfortable working fully remote and collaborating with teams in different countries and time zones.
Nice to Have
- Experience in Agile or Scrum environments.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or technical understanding of packaging artwork production.
- Experience working with major global brands or multi-SKU product portfolios.
