To continue producing exceptional static and animated assets across multiple platforms, we need a professional who brings together creativity, technical accuracy, and strong production discipline.
We are looking for someone who understands the full lifecycle of digital production and who enjoys transforming creative concepts into clean, polished, and brand-aligned deliverables. What You Will Do
- Design and produce high-quality graphics, animations, and digital assets for global campaigns.
- Execute adaptations, versions, and multi-format deliverables that meet platform specifications.
- Collaborate with designers, motion artists, creatives, and project managers to ensure visual consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards, technical requirements, and client expectations.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks, maintaining an organized production workflow.
- Create motion graphics and timeline-based animations using After Effects or similar tools.
- Stay current with design trends, new technologies, and advances in digital production workflows.
- Address feedback and revision requests professionally, maintaining effective communication with team members.
What We Are Looking For
- 2–3 years of proven experience in digital design or production.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects). Figma and InDesign are a plus.
- Solid experience creating motion graphics and timeline-based animations.
- English level B2 or higher, with the ability to understand briefs and communicate with global teams.
- Knowledge of HTML5 banners and Google Web Designer is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to receive and apply feedback effectively.
- A portfolio is required for consideration.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with video editing or 3D animation.
- Previous agency or digital production studio experience.
- Strong technical accuracy in exporting, optimizing assets, and preparing files.
- Exceptional attention to detail and visual consistency.
