We are seeking a talented Creative QA Specialist to join our creative team.
In this role, you will be responsible for upholding the highest visual and functional standards across our digital deliverables. You will play a key role in reviewing and refining our creative output to ensure brand alignment, consistency, and excellence. Responsibilities
- Review static and animated digital assets (banners, social media posts, videos, etc.) to ensure visual consistency, accurate copy, proper formatting, and brand compliance.
- Identify issues related to layout, typography, color usage, animation quality, and transitions, providing clear and actionable feedback to the creative team.
- Verify final deliverables against briefs, specification sheets, and platform requirements (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok) including dimensions, file size, and format.
- Collaborate with designers, animators, copywriters, and project managers to ensure timely resolution of inconsistencies and alignment with project objectives.
- Occasionally review website mockups or staging links to detect visual bugs, layout discrepancies, and textual errors before handoff.
- Maintain thorough QA documentation, including checklists, version notes, and review logs to support consistency and accountability.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA workflows and creative production standards.
- Stay up to date on platform specifications, design trends, and client brand updates to maintain relevance and compliance across assets.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of professional experience in Creative QA, Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, or a similar role in creative production.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to detect subtle inconsistencies in visual assets and motion graphics.
- Familiarity with QA processes such as proofing, version tracking, and reviewing visual deliverables across formats and platforms.
- Experience with tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), and project management software such as JIRA, Asana, or Trello.
- Basic understanding of digital ad specs, social media asset formats, and responsive design.
- Fluent in English, with a minimum B2 proficiency. Must be comfortable delivering feedback clearly in both written and spoken communication.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment.
- Self-motivated and collaborative, comfortable working in a fully remote and cross-functional team.Passion for visual quality, user experience, and pixel-perfect execution.
