We are seeking a talented Packaging & Print Designer to join our creative team.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating, adapting, and finalizing packaging and print-ready materials for international brands. You will ensure technical accuracy, consistency across product lines, and flawless execution according to brand guidelines and production specifications. Responsibilities
- Develop, adapt, and finalize packaging designs for multiple product lines, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Build print-ready artwork including dielines, keylines, bleeds, safety areas, barcodes, regulatory elements, and production notes.
- Review and adjust color profiles, typography, layout hierarchy, and structural accuracy for different packaging formats.
- Translate creative directions into technically sound files suitable for offset, flexography, digital printing, and large-format production.
- Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Mechanical Artworkers, Production Specialists, and Project Managers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all assets.
- Ensure artwork files adhere to printer specifications, including resolution, trapping, ink limitations, and finishing requirements.
- Maintain strict version control and documentation for each artwork, ensuring traceability and consistency across families of products.
- Adapt artwork into multiple SKUs, languages, markets, and formats while preserving accuracy and visual consistency.
- Troubleshoot print issues, prepress concerns, and packaging inconsistencies by providing actionable recommendations to the creative and production teams.
- Stay updated on packaging trends, printing technologies, material types, and sustainability standards.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Packaging Design, Print Production, Mechanical Artworking, or similar roles related to packaging and printed materials.
- Strong technical understanding of dielines, bleeds, cutter guides, print finishes, and packaging structures.
- Proficiency using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and similar tools for print and packaging production.
- Experience preparing artwork for offset, digital, and flexographic printing environments.
- Familiarity with color management, CMYK conversion, spot colors (Pantone), ink limitations, and print proofing.
- Ability to review and correct complex packaging files with multiple panels, languages, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to detect layout inconsistencies, errors in copy placement, and visual imbalance.
- English fluency (B2+), with the ability to communicate clearly in both written and spoken contexts.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and collaborative.
Nice to Have
- Experience with 3D mockups or packaging visualization tools.
- Familiarity with sustainability standards and material specifications.
- Understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
