We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Creative Project Manager to join our growing team.
The main objective of this role is to lead creative and digital projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with both client expectations and WAM Digital’s quality standards.
This role serves as the primary bridge between clients and internal creative, development, and production teams. The ideal candidate combines strong project management expertise with strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to proactively identify risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities
Project Leadership and Delivery:
- Lead creative and digital projects from kickoff to final delivery, including branding, packaging, digital production, marketing campaigns, web development, and related initiatives.
- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring priorities remain aligned with business goals and client expectations.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address roadblocks, risks, and dependencies.
Client and Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build strong client relationships through clear communication, transparency, and proactive problem-solving.
- Manage scope changes, timeline adjustments, and budget modifications while maintaining project profitability and stakeholder alignment.
- Facilitate meetings, status updates, and project reviews with clients and internal teams.
Team Coordination and Operational Excellence:
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, creative leads, and production specialists.
- Ensure project requirements are clearly communicated and understood by all stakeholders.
- Maintain quality control standards and ensure deliverables meet both client expectations and internal benchmarks.
- Foster collaboration across departments to ensure efficient execution and successful project outcomes.
Process Improvement and Performance Tracking:
- Track project performance, utilization, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, templates, processes, and project management methodologies.
- Generate project reports and provide insights to leadership regarding project health, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams when needed to support project planning, forecasting, and budget management.
Requirements
Experience and Education
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing creative, digital, marketing, or web development projects.
- Previous experience working in creative agencies, digital production environments, or marketing organizations.
- Proven track record managing multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
- Experience working directly with clients and managing stakeholder expectations.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency with project management platforms such as Jira, Tempo, or similar tools.
- Experience managing project budgets, timelines, resource allocation, and scope control.
- Strong understanding of creative production workflows, digital projects, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies is a plus.
