Our developers brainstormed, tried different approaches to the issue, and could finally come up with a solution that would allow our client to run the banners in any browser they want.
Results
By using HTML5 Canvas technology we were able to present a solution that would look, and behave the same in Internet Explorer and would represent no experience/rendering issues to the final user.
